Effective May 17, 2004, the Complex Litigation
Department (D-17) will permit parties
to appear by telephone at Law & Motion
hearings (except for Discovery motions)
on Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. or at Case
Management Conferences on Tuesdays
at 10:00 a.m., without leave of Court.
Parties must appear in person for all
other matters, unless the Court grants
leave to appear by telephone.
