Confidential Information was prepared at the court's
behest by James DiBoise
and Michael Pogue of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati; Isaac Winer of
George Grellas & Associates; and David Levin of the Levin Law Firm.
Please note that this Order predates Cal. Rules of Court Rule 243.1 and
243.2, effective January 1, 2001. The next following order (of February
8, 2001) contains a provision to take into account Rule 243.1. Orders
submitted to the court should conform to the requirements of Rules 243.1
and 243.2. The court will post other model orders conforming to Rule 243.1
as and when they are filed.
